ومن هذا الإيمان، أُطلق صندوق باسقات لتمكين المرأة ليكون منصة دعم مستمرة للبرامج والمبادرات التي تُعنى بتعليم المرأة وتدريبها وتنميتها، لتصبح قادرة على الإسهام بفاعلية في أسرتها ومجتمعها ووطنها.

عن الصندوق

يُعد صندوق باسقات لتمكين المرأة صندوقًا مخصصًا لتمويل الأنشطة والمشاريع النسائية التي تُنفذها إدارة القسم النسائي في الجمعية.
ويهدف إلى دعم وتنظيم البرامج التي تُعزز مهارات النساء وتُنمّي قدراتهن في مجالات التعليم، والصحة، وريادة الأعمال، والتقنية، والقيادة المجتمعية.

يشمل الصندوق دعم:

• 👩🏫 ورش التدريب والتأهيل المهني في مجالات الخياطة والحِرف اليدوية والإدارة.

• 🧵 برامج التمكين الاقتصادي لمساعدة النساء ذوات الدخل المحدود على بدء مشاريعهن الصغيرة.

• 💻 دورات محو الأمية الرقمية لتمكين النساء من استخدام التقنية في التعليم والعمل.

• 🩺 برامج التوعية الصحية للنساء والفتيات حول الوقاية والعناية الذاتية.

• 💬 الندوات والملتقيات القيادية التي تُنمّي الثقة بالنفس وتعزز روح المبادرة.

آلية عمل الصندوق

تُخصَّص جميع التبرعات الواردة إلى حساب صندوق باسقات لتمكين المرأة لدعم البرامج النسائية التي تُنفذ تحت إشراف الجمعية.
ويتم توجيه الموارد وفق معايير دقيقة تشمل:

1. التوافق مع أهداف ورسالة الجمعية.

2. اعتماد البرامج من لجنة القسم النسائي.

3. تحقيق أثر مستدام وقابل للقياس.

4. ضمان الشفافية والتقارير الدورية للداعمين.
